WELL, 2025 sure was a wild ride!!
You may have noticed that the shop had been closed for most of last year, and that was due to a number of factors, including but not limited to:
- An unexpected change to how selling to certain countries worked with no immediate solution available (US tariffs, EU's GPSR)
- The continuing Canada Post strike that has (fingers crossed) now hopefully resolved.
- Beelzy and Song BOUGHT A HOUSE (which was literally the most stressful thing ever).
- Said home could not be easily insured while operating an online shop which caused MANY hurdles that needed to be jumped but couldn't be jumped right away.
- General lack of spoons due largely to all these things listed above.
But 2026 is a new year! Solutions to problems have been found! We're mostly recovered from our year of frantic scrambling and screaming and stress-induced migraines! It's time to get back to being creative and sharing our niche interests!
And it really is great to be back. We missed you!
