The Celestial Squirrel is located in Ottawa, Ontario, Canada.

Canadian orders under a certain size and weight are sent by default as Oversized Lettermail through Canada Post (though if you require tracking, upgrades are available). Orders exceeding the size and weight to qualify for lettermail are sent as Expedited Parcels.

All US orders are shipped as Tracked Packets through USPS.

Orders in Canada usually arrive within a week of their shipping date.

US orders generally take 1-2 weeks.

For our apparel items, we utilize a Print on Demand (POD) service. What this means is that the garments are made to your chosen specifications after you order them and are then sent to you directly from the manufacturer.

This ensures no waste and that we will always have a range of sizes available to you.

For quality assurance, before approving any product for POD, we always order our own samples first.

All of our product designs are 100% our own, and are the result of our lifetimes of practice, education, and actively working in creative industries.

We have never and will never utilize generative-AI in our process.
