Privacy Policy:

We take your privacy very seriously! Your personal information will ONLY be used to fulfill and ship your order. Your information will never be given out or sold to anyone. We will only ever contact you if there is an issue with your order, or if you have opted to receive our newsletter (which can be unsubscribed from at any time).

 

Shipping Policy:

We currently only ship within Canada and to the United States.

Orders are shipped within 1-3 business days. In Canada, smaller orders are, by default, shipped via Canada Post's Oversized Lettermail, which does not include tracking. Tracking can be requested, and all larger/heavier orders are sent via Canada Post's Expedited Parcel service. All US orders are shipped as Tracked Packets through USPS.

Orders generally take 1 week from shipping to arrive in Canada, but arrival times cannot be guaranteed. Allow 1-2 weeks if you are in the US.

During holiday seasons, shipping may take slightly longer.

Apparel/Print on Demand Orders:

Our apparel orders are fulfilled through Printful, who also handle shipping. Please check out their shipping policies here.

Return and Exchange Policy:

If you are dissatisfied with your purchase, please reach out to us within one week (7 days) of delivery of your order for a return or exchange. Returned items must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and in their original packaging or they will not be accepted. The customer assumes the costs of the return shipping.

Unless your package was damaged or lost, shipping charges will not be refunded.

Lost or Damaged Items
Please contact us if your merchandise arrives defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate and replace or refund your order. Note that we may require the item(s) to be returned before issuing any replacements.

If your package arrives damaged, please notify us immediately. Keep all shipping materials and all contents. Photographs of the damage will also assist in filing claims with carriers.

If your package does not arrive within the expected/reasonable timeframe and you believe it to be lost, please reach out to us for a replacement. Lost packages are subject to verification and The Celestial Squirrel is not responsible for lost packages due to an incorrect shipping address provided by the customer.

NOTE about Acrylic Charms and Covering:
Our acrylic charms come with a protective covering on both sides of the piece--this can sometimes appear as though the acrylic is peeling or scuffed, but is in place to protect the acrylic. Removing the covering will reveal the clean acrylic beneath, as well as the true vibrant colours of the charm.

 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
